Storm Warning Continue Across Parts of the Region...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Western and Central Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Rest of Today and Tonight.


Strong west to northwest wind continues into the evening hours for
portions of central and southwest Wyoming. High wind is expected
to develop over northern Johnson County during the evening hours
before diminishing around sunrise.

Snow steadily increases tonight over the far northwest mountains.
The heaviest snow falls after midnight. Meanwhile, the snow over
the Bighorn Range and Casper Mountain decreases during the
evening hours.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.


Tuesday...Snow continues across the northwest mountains. A
northerly surge of snow and cooler air arrives from the north late
Tuesday night. West to northwest wind gusting 35 to 45 mph
persists during the daylight hours, mainly over central and
southern Wyoming.

Wednesday and Thursday...Another round of precipitation moves
north-to-south through the state with widespread rain and snow.
The precipitation decreases Thursday. Breezy, with winds
switching to the north.
