This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Western and Central Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.


Sunday...Strong to high wind possible for many locations,
particularly across south and central Wyoming. Snow returning to the
western mountains, especially at night.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.


Monday through Wednesday...Cool and unsettled with rain and
mountain snow, mainly in the northern and western half of the state.
Light snow possible in western valleys for Monday and Tuesday. Gusty
to strong westerly wind possible across much of the area.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING TO

6 PM MDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 10 to 18
inches in southwest portions of the Park. Snowfall 1 to 5 inches
elsewhere. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Yellowstone National Park.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 6 PM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult, especially in the
backcountry.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest winds occur Monday and Tuesday
afternoons. Heaviest snow occurs Monday morning into Monday
night.
