Wisconsin, south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.

Wind chills are expected to fall to 15 to 25 below zero this
morning. A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect until 10 AM.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday
Another arctic airmass will bring another round of very cold wind
chills for late Thursday night into Friday morning.
