This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight


Areas of dense fog could make for hazardous travel early this
morning in the lakeshore counties, Fox Valley and areas west of
the bay. Areas of dense fog may persist over the bay through mid
morning, and in the Lake Michigan nearshore waters through mid
afternoon.

There is a chance of thunderstorms in northcentral Wisconsin this
afternoon, but severe storms are not expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday


An isolated storm or two will be possible Saturday afternoon and
evening, although no severe weather is expected.

Additional chances for rain and storms are expected to continue
through the middle of next week. It is too early to determine if
any of these storms may become severe.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.

...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM CDT THIS MORNING...


* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Door, Outagamie, Brown, Kewaunee, Winnebago, Calumet,
Manitowoc, Southern Marinette County and Southern Oconto
County Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The visibility will vary between just a few
hundred yards to a mile or two, so be alert when driving. The
fog should dissipate by around 8 am. Short air travel delays are
possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.

...AREAS OF DENSE FOG COULD MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS THIS MORNING...

Areas of dense fog have formed near the bay, Lake Michigan, and
in parts of the Fox Valley. The dense fog is patchy, but could
produce hazardous travel conditions.

Slow down if you encounter fog, and allow extra time to reach
your destination. The fog should clear quickly a few hours after
sunrise.
