Dangerously cold conditions with wind chills of 25 to 40 degrees
below zero will continue this morning. An Extreme Cold Warning is
in effect. Frostbite can occur in as little as 10 minutes. A Cold
Weather Advisory may be needed tonight as the very cold conditions
continue.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday
The very cold conditions continue into Monday morning. A Cold
Weather Advisory may be needed Sunday night into Monday morning.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and northeast Wisconsin.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go
outside. Keep pets indoors as much as possible. To prevent water
pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to drip slowly.
