* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 50 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Clarkston, Soldiers Meadow Road, Lewiston Grade, Plummer,
Rosalia, Culdesac, La Crosse, Cheney, Davenport, Pullman,
Oakesdale, Winchester, Lewiston, Rockford, Downtown Spokane, Peck,
Spokane Valley, Moscow, Genesee, Nezperce, Gifford, Alpowa Summit,
Fairfield, Colfax, Potlatch, Craigmont, Tekoa, Uniontown, Airway
Heights, Kamiah, Lapwai, and Pomeroy.
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to noon PDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will be strongest with the cold front
passage late this afternoon and early evening. Winds will remain
