* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up 40 to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Soldiers Meadow Road, Kamiah, Nezperce, Lewiston Grade,
Davenport, Uniontown, Alpowa Summit, Spokane Valley, Clarkston,
Culdesac, Gifford, Rockford, Plummer, Downtown Spokane, Craigmont,
