Fauquier, Rappahannock, Culpeper, Frederick, Clarke, and Warren
Counties. In West Virginia, Berkeley and Jefferson Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.

...Patchy Dense Fog Central Virginia This Morning...

Patchy dense fog has developed in some areas of Central Virginia
early this morning. The fog is reducing visibility to one quarter
of a mile in some spots. Motorists should use caution on roads
early this morning as visibility could quickly decrease.

If driving through areas of reduced visibility be sure to slow
down, increase following distance, and use low beam headlights.
