* WHAT...Areas of fog will result in reduced visibility. At times,
visibility will drop below 1/4 mile in some areas.

* WHERE...Brazos, Grimes, Houston, Madison, Montgomery, Polk, San
Jacinto, Trinity, and Walker Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.

Brazos River near Rosharon affecting Brazoria and Fort Bend
Counties.

Brazos River at US 59, Sugar Land, TX affecting Fort Bend County.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...


Navasota River near Normangee affecting Madison, Brazos and
Grimes Counties.

For the Brazos River...including Bryan, West Columbia, US 59, Sugar
Land, TX, Hempstead, Bellville, San Felipe, Richmond, Rosharon...
Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...


* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Navasota River near Normangee.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Major lowland flooding begins with massive
inundation of the flood plain as the river is close to 2 miles
wide and OSR become inundated one half mile on the right bank and
1.5 miles on the left bank.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 14.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
just after midnight tonight and continue rising to a crest of
19.5 feet late tomorrow evening.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
19.5 feet on 11/02/2013.
