...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...


Neches River At Rockland affecting Angelina, Tyler, Jasper and
Polk Counties.

Neches River Near Diboll affecting Tyler, Trinity, Houston, Polk
and Angelina Counties.

Neches River Near Alto affecting Houston, Anderson, Cherokee and
Trinity Counties.

Neches River Near Neches affecting Houston, Anderson and Cherokee
Counties.

For the Neches River...including Neches, Alto, Diboll, Rockland...
Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River near Neches.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding. Move livestock
and equipment to higher ground away from the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 14.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:30 AM CDT Tuesday was 14.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 13.2 feet Sunday
morning.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
14.4 feet on 06/06/2017.

forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River near Alto.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Lowland flooding of the heavily wooded
floodplain will continue for the next several days. As the river
falls slowly, flooding will gradually decrease.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 19.7 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 20.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 16.0 feet Sunday
morning.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
19.7 feet on 02/19/1950.

- Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to remain above flood stage
over the next several days.
