...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Trinity River near Long Lake (Oakwood).
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 45.0 feet, Major flooding of ranches and farm lands
along the river is expected. The Coffield Prison farm and ranch
interests will be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 43.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 44.0
feet just after midnight tonight. It will then rise to 44.5
feet Thursday morning. Additional rises are possible
thereafter.
