This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Arkansas,
southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest Louisiana,
southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.


Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms, some possibly
severe, are expected to increase Wednesday afternoon and evening
over East Texas, Southwest Arkansas, and Southeast Oklahoma, ahead
of a weak cold front and associated upper level disturbance. Storms
are expected to diminish late over northwest Louisiana. Hail,
damaging wind, and the chance for a tornado or two will all be
possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.


Additional showers and thunderstorms should redevelop Thursday
afternoon and evening over the region near the slow moving front,
with the severe weather threat again possible over these areas. This
will diminish Thursday night as the front shifts south of the region.

Spotter activation will likely be needed.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...


Sabine River Near Beckville affecting Gregg, Panola, Rusk and
Harrison Counties.

Sabine River At Longview affecting Gregg and Rusk Counties.

Sabine River Near Mineola affecting Smith and Wood Counties.

Sabine River Near Gladewater affecting Upshur, Gregg, Smith and
Wood Counties.

Sabine River Near Hawkins affecting Upshur, Smith and Wood
Counties.

For the Sabine River...including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater,
Longview, Beckville, Logansport...Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...


* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Beckville.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Expect lowland flooding of the heavily
wooded floodplain. In addition, oil field operations in and near
the floodplain will be affected and steps should be taken to
secure petroleum equipment.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 26.6 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:45 PM CDT Tuesday was 26.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.0
feet early Friday morning.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
27.3 feet on 05/28/2015.
