...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON...


* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and south central
Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas,
Bell, Bosque, Comanche, Coryell, Dallas, Ellis, Erath, Falls,
Freestone, Hamilton, Hill, Hood, Johnson, Kaufman, Lampasas,
Limestone, McLennan, Mills, Navarro, Rockwall and Somervell. In
northeast Texas, Anderson, Henderson, Leon and Van Zandt. In south
central Texas, Milam and Robertson.

* WHEN...Through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rainfall totals of 2 to 3 inches, with isolated higher
amounts up to 4 inches.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for North and Central Texas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Thunderstorms will be possible through the evening with most storms
ending overnight. Heavy rainfall and flooding will continue to be the
primary hazard. However, a few storms could produce hail and gusty
winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Additional storms are expected on Monday. A few severe storms will be
possible with the primary hazards being hail and damaging winds.

A brief lull in storms will occur on Tuesday and most of Wednesday,
followed by additional storm chances Wednesday night and Thursday.
Severe weather may be possible Wednesday night, but precise details
are uncertain at this time. Heavy rainfall may renew flooding across
the region.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
