* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Expect a couple of flooded barns. Also
expect water to overflow the bridge approaches to Farm to Market
Highway 1804 between Hoard and Lindale. Expect several hundred
acres of flooded pasturelands next to the river both upstream and
downstream. Move livestock and equipment to higher ground.

EVENING...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north central Louisiana,
northwest Louisiana, east Texas and northeast Texas.



Strong southeasterly winds will reach sustained speeds of 15 to 25
mph this afternoon with gusts of up to 40 mph possible. Loose
outdoor objects should be secured and large profile vehicles should
exercise caution.



Widespread severe weather chances will resume Sunday, with all modes
of severe weather being possible. Additionally, 3-5 inches of
rainfall will be possible through the middle of the new workweek,
which could result in additional flooding and flash flooding given
recent rainfall. To account for this heavy rainfall, a Flood Watch
has been issued area-wide through Monday evening.
