This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southwest Arkansas, southeast
Oklahoma and northeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.


Scattered showers and thunderstorms will remain possible this
afternoon and evening across portions of extreme Northeast Texas,
Southeast Oklahoma, and Southwest Arkansas, but should gradually
diminish later this evening. Additional shower and thunderstorm
development is expected late tonight over Central and Eastern
Oklahoma, which will slide southeast into Southeast Oklahoma and
portions of Southwest Arkansas and extreme Northeast Texas. These
storms are expected to weaken as they enter these areas just before
daybreak Tuesday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.


Showers and thunderstorms are expected to increase Wednesday
afternoon and evening over Northeast Texas, Southeast Oklahoma, and
Southwest Arkansas, ahead of a weak cold front and associated upper
level disturbance. Some of these storms may become severe, before
diminishing late.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...


Sulphur River Near Talco affecting Morris, Red River, Titus and
Franklin Counties.

For the Sulphur River...including Talco...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING...


* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sulphur River near Talco.

* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Expect minor lowland flooding of the
heavily wooded floodplain. Ranchers that may have cattle and
equipment in the river bottoms should move them to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 20.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 6:45 PM CDT Monday was 21.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow morning and continue falling to 15.3 feet Saturday
evening.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
20.9 feet on 03/17/2014.
