* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts to near 55 mph
expected across some of the higher elevations and foothills.
* WHERE...Blount Smoky Mountains, Cocke Smoky Mountains, Sevier
Smoky Mountains, Southeast Carter, Southeast Greene, Southeast
Monroe, and Unicoi Counties.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
