Patchy fog may develop again overnight tonight, primarily across
northwest Arkansas and southeast Oklahoma, where winds are
forecast to calm with elevated surface moisture in place.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Scattered storms return to the area Tuesday and Wednesday with a
limited risk of severe weather. A more impactful storm then
arrives Thursday to Friday with more widespread thunder and
severe potential, breezy conditions, and areas of heavy rain.
Cooler and drier weather will move in behind this system but
additional rain will likely occur by next weekend.
