ONSET...Ongoing.

POOR VISIBILITY.
RISK...Limited.

DISCUSSION...
Widely scattered showers and a few rumbles of thunder will
progress eastward throughout the evening and exit the area later
tonight. No severe weather is expected. As skies clear some this
evening, some patchy fog could develop, especially across
northwest Arkansas and far northeast Oklahoma. More cloud cover
spreading in from the north should limit more widespread fog
development over the region.

Local Spotter Activation May Be Needed.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

TUESDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.
WEDNESDAY...Thunderstorm Potential...Heavy Rain Potential.
THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.
SUNDAY...No Hazards.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Rain and thunderstorm chances increase again across far northeast
Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas Tuesday afternoon. No severe
weather is expected. After a lull in precipitation Tuesday night
into Wednesday, thunderstorm chances increase again for the second
half of this week with limited severe potential as another series
of disturbances impact the region. Moderate to heavy rainfall is
possible with each round of storms and may lead to rises on rivers
and streams or areas of flash flooding.
