western...central...and southern Oklahoma...and western north
Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...


.Thunderstorms...
Strong to severe thunderstorms will continue to move across
southeast Oklahoma early this morning. This activity will shift
east of the area by mid-morning. Additional thunderstorm activity
will be possible this afternoon across far southeast Oklahoma,
some of which could be severe with large hail and damaging wind
the main hazards.

.Heavy rainfall...
Heavy, potentially flooding rainfall will be possible through the
morning hours across southeast Oklahoma.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday...


.Thunderstorms...
Thunderstorms will be possible from Tuesday night through Friday.
There will be a chance of a few strong to severe storms across the
area Wednesday through Friday.

...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT THIS MORNING...


* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties,
Alfalfa, Blaine, Caddo, Canadian, Comanche, Cotton, Custer, Dewey,
Garfield, Grady, Grant, Harper, Kay, Kingfisher, Kiowa, Logan,
Major, Noble, Tillman, Washita, Woods and Woodward and northern
Texas, including the following county, Wichita.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains
and ditches may become clogged with debris.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall is possible from repeated rounds of
thunderstorms.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...East Cache Creek near Walters.

* WHEN...Until early Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Some flooding of bottomlands may occur
along and near the creek in southern Comanche County and Cotton
County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 5.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
- Forecast...The East Cache Creek is expected to rise to a
crest of 20.5 feet early Monday afternoon.
- Action stage is 15.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
