.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...


.Thunderstorms...
Strong to severe thunderstorms will continue to move across
southeast Oklahoma early this morning. This activity will shift
east of the area by mid-morning. Additional thunderstorm activity
will be possible this afternoon across far southeast Oklahoma,
some of which could be severe with large hail and damaging wind
the main hazards.

.Heavy rainfall...
Heavy, potentially flooding rainfall will be possible through the
morning hours across southeast Oklahoma.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday...


.Thunderstorms...
Thunderstorms will be possible from Tuesday night through Friday.
There will be a chance of a few strong to severe storms across the
area Wednesday through Friday.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Little River near Sasakwa.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Flooding of lowlands may occur along the
Little River from near the State Highway 99 bridge to north of
Sasakwa in Seminole County... to the confluence with the Canadian
River in Hughes County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 19.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 26.0 feet.
- Forecast...The Little River is expected to rise to a crest of
25.0 feet just after midnight tonight.
- Action stage is 24.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Little River near Tecumseh.

* WHEN...Until late this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flooding to depths of 1 foot occurs over
croplands... pastures... and rural roads along the river. The area
affected is entirely rural... and downstream of Lake Thunderbird...
from near Macomb in Pottawatomie County to near Bowlegs in
western Seminole County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet.
- Forecast...The Little River is cresting, is expected to fall
below flood stage by Sunday afternoon, and will continue
falling.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

Oklahoma, Pontotoc and Seminole. In southeast Oklahoma, Atoka,
Bryan, Coal, Hughes, Johnston and Marshall. In southern Oklahoma,
Carter, Love and Murray.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall is possible from repeated rounds of
thunderstorms.
