.Thunderstorms...
Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible along the Red River
through 2-3 AM this morning, posing a risk for damaging wind gusts
and perhaps small hail. Additional strong to severe thunderstorms
are possible across northern into central Oklahoma through
daybreak, posing occasional concern for wind and hail.
.Heavy Rainfall...
Heavy rainfall could lead to localized flooding early this morning
both near the Red River vicinity and across northern Oklahoma.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday...
.Thunderstorms...
Thunderstorm chances continue Wednesday and Thursday with severe
weather possible both days. Thunderstorms are also possible Friday
and over the weekend.
.Heavy Rainfall...
Repeated rounds of thunderstorms with heavy rainfall could lead to
localized flooding in some areas through the weekend.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northern and northwest Oklahoma, including the
following counties, in northern Oklahoma, Garfield, Grant, Kay and
Noble. In northwest Oklahoma, Alfalfa.
* WHEN...Until 345 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1231 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Enid, Cherokee, Pond Creek, Garber, Billings, Lamont,
Kremlin, Goltry, Breckenridge, Jet, Nash, Hunter, Hillsdale,
Carrier, Jefferson, Lambert, Great Salt Plains Lake,
Ingersoll and North Enid.
