Dense Fog Advisory.
Widespread dense fog has developed this morning with visibilities of
a quarter mile or less in many locations. Fog will start to lift and
dissipate after sunrise, but until then, travel could be hazardous
across the forecast area.

Virginia, and central, northeast, northern, southeast, southern,
and western West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The combination of clear skies, light winds
and lingering low-level moisture is allowing areas of fog to
develop and become dense this morning.
