* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Minor flooding along the river channel.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:40 AM PDT Monday the stage was 6.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is forecast to continue to range around
7.0 feet over the next several days with gradual increases
and decreases in height. As such, it will continue to move in
and out of action stage.
- Action stage is 7.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 8.0 feet.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM PDT THIS

MORNING ABOVE 6500 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow above 6500 feet. Additional snow accumulations of
2 to 10 inches. Higher snow amounts on ridgetops and peaks.
Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Northern Elko County.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas
of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. Gusty
winds could bring down tree branches.
