This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and
portions of north central Kansas.
.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.
Areas of flooding persist across parts of northern Kansas,
particularly along the White Rock Creek in northern Jewell County.
Refer to the latest flood products for more details.
Scattered thunderstorms will approach from the west late tonight.
Storms are expected to be on a weakening trend, but there is a low
chance for localized wind gusts as high as 60 MPH. The primary
area of concern is near and northwest of a line from Lexington to
Ord in the 10pm to 3am timeframe.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
There will be off and on chances for thunderstorms through the
holiday weekend. At this point, the most likely timeframe for
thunderstorms appears to be Friday evening (July 4th).
