...Snow over mountain passes this morning...

Light snow continues to affect mountain passes this morning, such
as MacDonald Pass on Highway 12, Boulder and Elk Park Pass on
Interstate 15, and Kings Hill Pass on Highway 89.

Visibility will fall below one mile at times this morning. Snow
accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are expected on grassy areas, with
less than a half inch on roadways.

Travelers should be alert for changing road conditions and be
aware that slushy road conditions could make for slippery travel
at times.
