* WHERE...Mississippi River above Tiptonville.

* WHEN...Until Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 36.0 feet, In Missouri, most fields around Robinson
Lake in Pemiscot County are covered by flood water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 33.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 35.6
feet Tuesday morning.
- Action stage is 34.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 37.0 feet.
