This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight


Patchy dense fog is possible through early this morning. Consult
the Dense Fog Advisory for further details.

There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms today, with the
best chance across west Kentucky.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday


The next chance of thunderstorms arrives Tuesday and continues
through much of the week.

Some of the forecast guidance shows there is a possibility of
strong to severe storms around mid week. Wednesday seems to be the
most likely day. However forecast confidence remains below
average for that far out in time.

prison farm floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 28.2 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:00 PM CDT Friday was 28.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late Monday evening and continue falling to 24.0 feet
Thursday evening.
- Flood stage is 27.0 feet.

River backs into several creeks producing flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 33.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:00 AM CDT Friday was 33.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 33.1
feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage
late Tuesday evening.
- Flood stage is 32.0 feet.
