central Missouri as well as west central and southwest Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.


There is a low chance of thunderstorms tonight. An isolated strong
thunderstorm with gusty winds and small hail is possible through this
evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.


There is a chance of thunderstorms Tuesday and Tuesday evening, Wednesday
night through late Friday, and Saturday afternoon through Sunday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.

...The National Weather Service in St Louis MO has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Missouri...Illinois...

Mississippi River at Hannibal.

River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast
precipitation for the next 24 hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Rainfall heavier than forecast could cause river levels to rise even
higher than predicted. The National Weather Service will monitor
this developing situation and issue follow up statements as
conditions change.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON UNTIL FURTHER

NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Hannibal.

* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, The northern end of Southside Recreation
#2 Park along Bear Creek begins flooding at this height.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 16.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early Wednesday afternoon and continue rising to a crest of
18.1 feet Friday morning.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
