This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, southwest
Minnesota and east central South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.


Wind gusts up to 45 mph at times through this afternoon.

Scattered storms develop in south central South Dakota and track
northeast late this afternoon and evening. While the risk for strong
to severe storms lessens as storms reach southwestern Minnesota. A
few storms could produce 55 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.


Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible Wednesday. Some of
these storms may contain small hail, along with a potential for weak
funnels.

expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Iowa and southwest Minnesota.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
