This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northwest Iowa,
southwest Minnesota, and east central South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Tonight


Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday


Wind gusts up to 45 mph may be possible at times through Monday
afternoon.

Scattered thunderstorms will develop in south central South Dakota
and track northeast late Monday afternoon and evening. While the
risk for strong to severe storms lessens as storms reach western
and southwestern Minnesota. A few storms could produce 50 mph wind
gusts and nickel size hail.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will again be possible
Wednesday. Some of these storms may contain small hail, along with
a potential for weak funnels.

* WHAT...Southeast winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.

* WHERE...Cottonwood, Jackson, Lincoln, Lyon, Murray, Nobles,
Pipestone, and Rock Counties.

* WHEN...From 11 AM to 7 PM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
