This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for west central Minnesota and
northeast South Dakota.

System today will produce strong winds and heavy rainfall across the
Sisseton hills and western Minnesota. Winds will top 45-55mph and
rainfall amounts could exceed 2-3 inches.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

* WHAT...North winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.
* WHERE...In Minnesota, Big Stone and Traverse Counties. In South
Dakota, Clark, Codington, Day, Deuel, Grant, Hamlin, Marshall, and
Roberts Counties.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
