This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight


A Freeze Warning is in effect for most of northwest Wisconsin
tonight as temperatures fall to as low as 28 degrees in parts of
southern Bayfield, Ashland, and Iron counties, with temperatures
not as cold directly along the Lake Superior shoreline. A Frost
Advisory is also in effect tonight for portions of inland east-
central and northeast Minnesota, except for areas along Lake
Superior, due to temperatures falling to around 33 to 36 degrees
tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday


Scattered thunderstorms are expected Friday afternoon through mid
evening. A few of these storms may become strong, with small hail
and localized gusty winds as the main threats.

There will be additional periodic chances for thunderstorms
this weekend into next week. Severe weather is not expected, but
on Sunday afternoon a few stronger storms could produce small hail
and gusty winds in northwest Wisconsin.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Skywarn spotter activation will not be needed this afternoon or
tonight.
