AM EDT...
At 300 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Alba to near Kalkaska.
Movement was east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Gaylord, Mancelona, Elmira, Frederic, Vanderbilt, Sparr, Otsego Lake
State Park, Pickerel Lake, Darragh, Chester Township, Alba, Eastern
Corwith Township, Waters, Hartwick Pines State Park, and Blue Lake
Township.
