* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Deweyville.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 26.8 feet, Deweyville schools may be closed due to
school bus routes being flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 26.1 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:45 PM CDT Sunday was 26.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.9
feet early Wednesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 24.0 feet.

* WHERE...Calcasieu River near Salt Water Barrier.

* WHEN...Until Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, Minor marshland flooding occurs. Flooding
also begins on River Road in north Lake Charles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- The latest estimated stage at 8:00 PM CDT Sunday was 4.1
feet.
- Forecast...The river will oscillate around flood stage with a
maximum value of 4.3 feet tomorrow morning.
- Flood stage is 4.0 feet.
