This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Arkansas,
southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest Louisiana,
southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.


No hazardous weather is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.


Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible across
much of the region Tuesday ahead of a weak front that will become
stationary over Eastern Oklahoma into North Texas. Damaging winds,
hail, and isolated tornadoes are the main severe weather
threats, will be concentrated mainly across southeast Oklahoma and
southwest Arkansas. Storms are forecast to diminish during the
evening. Another round of thunderstorms will be possible Thursday
afternoon into Friday along and north of the Interstate 30 corridor
of northeast Texas and southwest Arkansas ahead of a cold front,
shifting south across the remainder of the region Friday night and
Saturday with the front. Some storms may be severe Thursday afternoon
across portions of southeast Oklahoma and northeast Texas.

Louisiana...

Cypress Bayou At Wallace Lake affecting Caddo and De Soto
Parishes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Cypress Bayou at Wallace Lake.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 154.0 feet, Expect overflow into some thirty access
roadways near southern Kingston and Wallace Lake Roads.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 154.6 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 142.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:00 PM CDT Monday was 155.2 feet.
- Forecast...A very slow fall will continue at Wallace Lake
over the next few days, with the lake remaining above the 151
foot flood stage through at least midweek next week.
- Flood stage is 151.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
154.0 feet on 11/14/2018.
