...Areas of dense valley fog this morning...

Areas of dense valley fog can be expected through early this
morning, with fog lifting or burning off by late morning.
Visibility of one-half mile or less can be expected, with
reductions of one-quarter mile or less in the deeper sheltered
valleys.

Drivers are encouraged to slow down and use low-beam headlights,
and allow extra time to reach their destination.
