Ohio River at Olmsted Lock and Dam affecting Pulaski and Ballard
Counties.
Ohio River at Cairo affecting Pulaski, Fulton, Alexander,
Carlisle, Ballard, Hickman and Mississippi Counties.
.Recent rainfall has pushed the Ohio River to flood statge at Cairo
and Olmstead Lock and Dam. Minor flooding is expected through late
this week.
For the Ohio River...including Cairo and Olmstead Lock and Dam...
Minor flooding is forecast.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:00 AM CDT Saturday was 41.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 43.5
feet Monday morning. It will then fall below flood stage late
Friday morning.
- Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
