This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight


Patchy to areas of fog is possible across portions of eastern and
southeast Kansas this evening and overnight. Some of the fog could
become dense generally along and east of the Flint Hills.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday


Areas of dense fog is possible generally along and east of the Flint
Hills early Monday morning.

Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected to march east to
northeast across the region Monday afternoon and evening. Some of
the storms will be severe, capable of baseball to softball sized
hail, damaging winds up to 80 mph, and tornadoes. A few of the
tornadoes could be strong. The greatest threat for very large hail
and tornadoes will be over southern Kansas and extending south into
Oklahoma during the late afternoon and evening hours.

There is a slight chance for a few thunderstorms over far southeast
Kansas Wednesday, but the severe weather threat should remain just
east and southeast of the region.
