* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Marais Des Cygnes River at Osawatomie.
* WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening.
* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Low-lying areas along the river begin to
flood.
At 31.0 feet, 347th Road or Main Street east of Highway 169 is
under water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 33.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late this evening and continue falling to 15.4 feet Sunday
morning.
- Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
