This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east central Illinois and
southeast Illinois.
.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.
A line of thunderstorms will move across the area this morning, with
cloud to ground lightning and heavy downpours.
Scattered thunderstorms will redevelop this afternoon, some of which
could become severe with damaging wind gusts, large hail, and a few
tornadoes.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
A better chance for organized severe weather will occur Wednesday
afternoon and early evening, with damaging winds, large hail, and
tornadoes possible.
.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation may be needed today between noon and 6 pm.
