This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT


The storm prediction center is forecasting a marginal (level 1 of
5) risk for much of the outlook area today. A cold front will
move through the area during the late morning and afternoon, with
thunderstorms possible along the front. A few severe storms are
possible, with damaging winds the main threat, mainly along and
east of the Mississippi River this afternoon and early evening.

There is an areal flood warning in effect for parts of Van Buren
County. Please see the flood warning for the latest details.

There is a Flood Watch for Skunk River at Augusta. Please see the
Flood Watch for the most up to date information.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY


A large storm system will impact the region Monday night and
Tuesday. Early indications suggest there will be a severe weather
threat in our area with this system, mainly on Tuesday. Please
keep up to date on this potential storm system.
