Showers and a few thunderstorms stream back into the area this
afternoon and evening from the west. The threat for any strong to
severe storms is low.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday


Chances for a few thunderstorms continue into Thursday. The
severe weather threat for that period is low at this time.

Additional thunderstorm chances appear Sunday and into early next
week. The severe threat for that period remains uncertain at this
time.

...Locally Dense Fog Through Sunrise...

Patchy fog has developed this morning over portions of central,
western and southern Iowa. Visibilities below one mile have been
observed in areas with a few locations dropping below one quarter
of a mile. This fog is expected to persist through sunrise before
some improvement. If traveling this morning, be prepared for rapid
changes in visibilities over short distance and allow extra time
to reach your destination.
