Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

River forecasts include observed precipitation plus forecast

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY TOMORROW AFTERNOON...


* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The Des Moines River near Stratford, or from the Boone
River...to near the City of Boone.

* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, water affects 157th Street on the west
side of Fraser.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 18.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.0
feet tomorrow morning.
- Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
