This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.
.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...
Areal coverage of showers and thunderstorms will increase this
afternoon and evening, mainly between 1 PM MDT (2 PM CDT) and 9 PM
MDT (10 PM CDT). There is a marginal risk of severe thunderstorms
during this time with the primary hazards being wind gusts to 50
mph, hail up to the size of half dollars and locally excessive
rainfall which could produce localized flooding of low lying and poor
drainage areas.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...
Non severe thunderstorms are forecast Tuesday through Wednesday
night. Presently, the primary hazard is locally excessive rainfall.
