This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight


Scattered to likely showers and isolated thunderstorms are
expected this afternoon and evening for much of the forecast
area. There could be small hail and wind gusts up to 35 mph with
the showers. The snow level will be 9,500 to 10,000 feet. No
travel impacts are anticipated.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday


Scattered showers and thunderstorms most afternoons, with the
greatest coverage in the mountains.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight. However,
any snowfall reports from the high country will be appreciated.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM MDT THIS MORNING...


* WHAT...Snow. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 10 inches
possible.

* WHERE...Impactful accumulations are expected to remain largely
confined to areas south of I-70, particularly into Park County and
including Hoosier Pass and the Highway 285 corridor.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM MDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Snow covered roads will make travel hazardous. Plan on
slippery road conditions.
