This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.



Periods of light mountain snow showers and a few thunderstorms
are possible for today and tonight. Significant snow accumulations
are not expected. Blowing snow is possible for the higher passes,
but chances will diminish as winds gradually decrease through the
day. There is a slight chance for rain showers and a few isolated
thunderstorms over the foothills and portions of the plains as
well.



For Thursday and Friday snow showers are likely in the mountains
and foothills along with a few thunderstorms. While significant
snow accumulations are not expected, a few spots could pick up a
couple inches of snow with slushy roads at times in the late night
and early morning hours.

On the plains, look for just scattered light rain showers and a
rumble or two of thunder possible Thursday into Friday morning.
Thursday will be the coolest day with highs 15-20 degrees below
seasonal normals.

From Saturday through next Tuesday, scattered late day showers
and thunderstorms are forecast, along with a slow warming trend.
