This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.



Scattered strong to severe storms will be possible across the
plains late this afternoon into tonight, especially along and east
of a line from Fort Morgan to Limon. The main threats would be
large to very large hail and damaging wind gusts, along with
locally heavy rainfall. An isolated tornado or two is also
possible this evening.



Another round of widespread showers and thunderstorms is likely
Tuesday afternoon. Some of these storms may produce small hail
and gusty winds although they should stay below severe limits.
Light snow accumulation is likely across the higher mountains
mainly above 9,000-10,000 feet elevation Tuesday afternoon and
evening. Some travel impacts could occur at high mountain passes.

Wednesday through Friday will be warmer and drier across the region.
Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible each afternoon,
mainly across the high country.

to severe weather east of I-25.
