This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a Large Part of Arkansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Scattered to isolated thunderstorms will remain in the forecast
through tonight as a weak system moves over the state. While the

severe thunderstorms could be seen. Damaging winds and large hail
will be the primary threats with the strongest thunderstorms. Some
locally heavy rainfall could also be seen.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

A few thunderstorms are forecast for Saturday...but the chances
for seeing severe weather remain low. The threat for hazardous

By early next week...a period of above normal temperatures is
expected across the state. Daily highs are expected to approach
or exceed 90 degrees in many locations...with heat index values in
the upper 90s at times. Expect conditions to cool off by the
middle of the week as rain chances return to the forecast.
