This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a Large Part of Arkansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Showers and thunderstorms will continue this morning as activity
from Oklahoma moves east across the northern third to half of the
state. Strong to severe thunderstorms will remain possible early
this morning...with damaging winds and some large hail possible
with the strongest storms. A brief tornado cannot be ruled out.
Locally heavy rainfall may also result in an isolated flash flood
threat. As this activity moves east throughout this morning...the
threat for seeing strong to severe weather will gradually
decrease over time. This activity should dissipate or move east of
the area by late this morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Chances for severe weather will increase Wednesday afternoon into
Wednesday night with all modes of severe weather possible, including
very large hail, damaging winds, and isolated tornadoes. Locally
heavy downpours may lead to spotty flash flooding.

Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will linger on Thursday
across the southern half Arkansas before cooler, drier, and more
seasonal air returns Friday into the weekend.

.Spotter Information Statement...

Spotter activation may be needed Wednesday afternoon and evening.
