DISCUSSION...
Areas of fog this morning will clear up by late morning.
Otherwise, no additional hazardous weather is expected today.
Highs will be in the mid to upper 70s with dry conditions.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Scattered storms return to the area Tuesday and Wednesday. A more
impactful storm then arrives Thursday to Friday with more
widespread thunder potential, breezy conditions, and areas of
heavy rain. Cooler and drier weather will move in behind this
system but additional rain will likely occur by next weekend.

...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY TUESDAY MORNING...


* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Mulberry River near Mulberry.

* WHEN...Until early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, no flooding occurs but the river is swift
and dangerous. Backwater from the Arkansas River may affect low
lying areas near the first few miles of the Mulberry River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 5.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.1
feet tomorrow morning.
- Action stage is 10.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 401.0 feet, water may begin to cover an access road
into Tailwater Park. The recreational vehicle campground near
Rena Road begins to be affected by high water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:18 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 400.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 400.7
feet just after midnight tonight.
- Action stage is 399.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 401.0 feet.
